dark berries, plums, aniseed, and hints of
cloves. Medium weight palate with fresh
berry fruit, spices and dark chocolate notes
on the finish. Soft, savoury tannins and a
subtle earthiness. Matured in seasoned
French Oak for fourteen months prior to
blending and bottling.
