PALATE: Lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry. Fresh
juicy palate with cherries, red fruits and spices.
Medium bodied with fine, savoury tannins.
Hand pruned, hand-picked, separate small batch
ferment. Whole bunch ferment Grenache, hand
plunged. Shiraz crushed, 15 days ferment / skin
contact. Individually pressed directly to used French
and American barrels and hogsheads. 10 months
barrel maturation prior to blending and bottling.
Released early to capture the freshness of the
Grenache.
